This site provides information about our roofing, gutter, and siding services in Troy, Ohio and the surrounding Miami Valley, and lets you request a free estimate. Nothing on this site is an offer, contract, or guarantee of price or availability.

Any price ranges, cost guides, or examples published on this site — including in our blog articles — are general educational estimates. Your actual price depends on measurements, materials, roof condition, access, and code requirements, and is only firm once we provide a written estimate after inspecting the property.

The work we perform is governed by the signed written estimate or contract for your project. If anything in that document conflicts with these terms, the signed document controls.

When you use our quote form or contact page, you agree to provide accurate information, confirm you're the property owner or authorized to request work on the property, and consent to us contacting you by phone, text, or email about your request. Submitting a request does not create a contract for work.

We can document roof damage and meet with your adjuster, but we are not an insurance company, public adjuster, or law firm. We don't decide claim outcomes, and we can't promise a claim will be approved or that any specific amount will be paid. Coverage decisions belong to your carrier.

Workmanship and manufacturer warranty terms are provided in writing for each project and apply only as written there. Warranty coverage can be affected by later work performed by others, lack of maintenance, or damage from severe weather.

Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that degrade service, submit false requests, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or block access to protect the site.

Text, photos, graphics, and layout on this site are owned by Troy Roofing Experts or used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without our written consent. Manufacturer and third-party names belong to their respective owners.

We sometimes link to manufacturers, weather services, or other outside resources. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.

This site's content is provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent allowed by Ohio law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed project contract or rights you have under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and disputes relating to this website will be handled in the courts serving Miami County, Ohio.
