We only collect what we need to respond to a roofing request. When you submit our free quote form or contact us, that may include your name, phone number, email address, property address or city, the type of work you're asking about, and any details or photos you choose to share.

If you call or text us, we keep basic call details and notes about the work discussed. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank account details, or payment card numbers through this website.

Information you submit is used to contact you, schedule an inspection or estimate, prepare pricing, perform requested work, support an insurance claim you've asked us to help with, and follow up about your project or warranty. We may also use it to answer questions and keep our own service records.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our customer lists.

We share information only as needed to do the job: with our crews, with suppliers or subcontractors working on your property, with your insurance carrier or adjuster when you've asked us to assist with a claim, with service providers that host this website and deliver our form notifications, and where required by law.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed for pages to work correctly. Basic, aggregated traffic measurement may be used to understand which pages homeowners find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function.

If you give us your phone number, you're agreeing that we may call or text you about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or tell us on a call and we'll note it.

We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as needed to serve you, honor our workmanship warranty, and meet business and tax recordkeeping needs. You can ask us to delete a request that didn't turn into a project.
